Princess left that afternoon, leaving Bill feeling very empty and puzzled. He lie on his bed thinking through wat Princess had told him. What does she mean by the house had changed? What does she mean that the house is always glaring at her? What does she means that Elieen is someone who came for some special purpose? Bill wanted to solve Princess problems for her, the urge inside him is so strong that he could hardly fall asleep. He was determined to find out the answers to every single question marks in his mind.
That night at home, Princess finally felt that she was alive once again, or at least she have found back e lil traces of warmth she used to have. However, the night was cold, even with the heater on, she still needs a thick cotton blanket and a sweater to keep her warm. That night, Elieen was not at home and dad was made to stay at his office by the boss. She was alone in the big big palace. For the firs time since Elieen came to this house, Princess wished for her presence. She rather she had this uneasy feeling than feeling so empty, so lonely and so helpless in the house.
Princess tries to on some soothing music so that she could go to sleep easily and not think bout stuff that will disturb her occasion peace of mind. However all efforts have gone down to the drain as after hours of music, Princess still had her eyes wide open, she was totally awake and clear minded. Time passed by slowly, till she heard the grandfather clock chimed 12. Suddenly, she felt the presence of another person in her room. She could felt the person moving closer and closer towards her, yet Princess realised that she cant moved her body at all. Fear strikes Princess, she wanted to scream, yet no voice came out from her mouth.
Few seconds later, she felt a pair of icy cold hands touching her hair, her neck and her mouth. Princess stare straight in the air, trying to catch a glimpse of whoever might be touching her, yet there was nothing. Nothing at all, and the pair of icy hands was still there. Then she heard whispers, 'Go my dear, jus go! Dont stay here anymore, even if it means that you have to betray your dad's love...'. Princess could figure out that was a voice of an old lady which sounded desperate yet she could feel that this old lady has no ill intentions. For a moment, Princess felt a little relieved as she was certain that the old lady will bring no harm, even though everything was not making sense now. However, suddenly there came a voice of a young lady, sneering, sacarsm, 'Run away? Where do you think she can run to? How can a silly girl run away from her fate? From the sins she have made, for the killings she had made?' The women laughed hysterically and silence was returned to the old palace....
